You pay each network $875–$5,000 a year for the right to be on your customers' bid lists. That access disappears when a document lapses — and most lapses are calendar events, not safety events. This is the calendar.
How to use it: print it, put a name beside every line, and load the dates into whatever your team actually looks at every week. A date without an owner is a lapse with a start date.

The networks ask for your OSHA logs; the posting duty is separate law. Doing one does not satisfy the other.

| COI — general liability | Limits, endorsements and additional-insured wording are set per hiring client, not per network. A renewal that drops one endorsement fails one client silently. |

| COI — commercial auto | Same. The certificate expiring — not the policy — is what the network sees. |
Ask your broker for renewal certificates 30 days before each policy term ends, and send them to the networks the day they arrive.
The network notification inbox. Requirement changes, RAVS audit requests, and action items land in whatever email address was registered years ago — often a person who has since left. Compliance firms report the same pattern repeatedly: the request sits unread, and the grade drops months later.
Decide today whose job that inbox is, and what happens to it when they take vacation or resign.
